About Quests Terms and Conditions

The Hugosave Referral-Quest and Rewards-Quest Program rewards you for completing “Quests”, which are a set of required actions. This Program’s Terms and Conditions should be read in tandem with Hugosave’s General Terms and Conditions, the Hugosave Cardholder Supplement and Hugosave Gold Metal Agreement for a complete understanding. 

We divide this Program’s Terms and Conditions into three easy-to-read sections: 

  1. The Referral-Quest Program Terms and Conditions; 
  2. Rewards-Quest Program Terms and Conditions and; 
  3. Hugosave Rewards Program Terms and Conditions which will apply to (i) and (ii).

1. The Referral-Quest Program Terms and Conditions

The Referral Program (“Program” or “Offer”) is offered by Atlas Consolidated Pte Ltd (“Hugosave”).

The Program is available to all legal residents of Singapore, 18 years old and above, holding valid and current ID documents, proof of residency in Singapore and a valid Singapore mobile number. 

You can participate in this Program and earn referral rewards multiple times. There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make.

In this Program, you can earn up to S$16 Goldback® for anyone you refer. To qualify, you will need to complete the following:

  1. Obtain your unique referral link from your Hugosave App, found within the Rewards Centre. 
  2. Share your link with friends, family or anyone you would like to refer to Hugosave (your Referrals). 
  3. When your Referral  signs up for a Hugosave Account and progresses to Hugosave Plus+, you will be awarded one (1) spin of the Rewards Wheel to earn up to S$16 Goldback®.

Your Referral must sign up for a Hugosave Account through your referral link, for you to qualify. If your Referral did not apply for Hugosave through the link, no spin chances will be rewarded to you.

Referrals made by you must be “New-to-Hugosave” and must not have previously registered for a Hugosave Account. No spin chances will be allocated if the Referral has closed their existing account and has subsequently registered for a new account. 

Referrals must then progress to the Hugosave Plus+ account by completing the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process, with their ID and a selfie.  On completion, one (1) spin of the Rewards Wheel will be awarded to you and reflected in your Rewards Centre. 

There is no expiry date to the awarded Spin-the-Wheel chance and you can activate the Wheel by tapping on the “Claim your spins” banner. 

A Super rewards wheel will be used to award prizes ranging from S$1 to S$16 Goldback®. It is a sure-win program, and you will not walk away empty-handed. Refer to wheel-types below for details.

After the award has been won, the corresponding Goldback® will be credited in your Gold Vault instantaneously.

You will be given an option to opt-in to the new Referral-Quest Program and your referral awards will be subject to the Referral-Quest Program Terms and Conditions from the day you opt-in. For instance:

  • If you had previously made a Referral, prior to opting-in to the new Referral-Quest Program, your Referral  would need to complete the criteria under the previous Hugosave Sign-on and Referral Program; and you will still receive rewards in accordance with that program;After opting-into the new Referral-Quest Program, your Referral would need to progress to Hugosave Plus+ for you to be awarded a spin. You will then start receiving Spin-the_wheel rewards according to the new Referral-Quest Program and you will no longer receive the S$10 award from the previous Hugosave Sign-on and Referral Program.

2. The Rewards-Quest Program Terms and Conditions

The Rewards-Quest Program (“Quest”) is offered by Hugosave to all Hugosave customers.The Quests are available to all legal residents of Singapore, 18 years old and above, holding valid and current documents, including proof of residency in Singapore and a valid Singapore mobile number. 

You may only participate in this Program once. If you had previously signed up for a Hugosave account, prior to 20 June 2022 and participated in the Hugosave Sign-on Bonus Program, the following corresponding Quests (Open Hugosave Lite, Progress to Hugosave Plus+, Activate Hugosave Debit Card) shall not be available to you. 

Customers who have already Qualified and received  Goldback® for any of the Quests they are eligible for will not receive additional Goldback® if  an existing Hugosave Account is closed, and a new Hugosave account subsequently opened by the same individual.

There are five Quests you can participate in. They are:

  1. Open Hugosave Lite;
  2. Progress to Hugosave Plus+;
  3. Activate Hugosave Debit Card;
  4. Gold Buy;
  5. 14-Day Invest-As-You-Spend ;
  6. More Quests will be added over time.

Open Hugosave Lite

  • Once you have set up a Hugosave Lite Account, you will be given ONE (1) chance to spin a Classic Rewards Wheel and stand a chance to win up to S$8 Goldback®. It is a sure-win program and you will not leave the Wheel empty handed.

Progress to Hugosave Plus+

  1. The Hugosave Plus+ Quest will be made available to you once you have completed the Open Hugosave Lite Quest. 
  2. You will be required to submit documents for Hugosave to complete our KYC requirements set by the regulators. With that, you will progress to Hugosave Plus+. 
  3. On completion, you will be given ONE (1) chance to spin a Super Rewards Wheel and stand a chance to win up to S$16 Goldback®. It is a sure-win program and you will not leave the Wheel empty handed. 
  4. As this Quest is independent from the Buy Gold Quest, you may choose which Quest to complete first.

Activate Hugosave Debit Card

  1. The Activate Hugosave Debit Card Quest will be made available to you once you have completed the Progress to Hugosave Plus+ Quest. 
  2. To complete the Quest, you have to order a Hugosave Debit Card via the Hugosave App and activate it, on receipt of the physical Card. 
  3. On completion, you will be given ONE (1) chance to spin a Classic Rewards Wheel and stand a chance to win up to S$8 Goldback®. It is a sure-win program and you will not leave the Wheel empty handed.

Gold Buy

  1. The Gold Buy Quest will be made available to you once you have completed the Open Hugosave Lite Quest. 
  2. You will be required to load S$50 or more to your Hugosave Account in one go, AND purchase S$50 or more Gold in a single transaction to earn this particular spin of the wheel. 
  3. On completion, you will be given ONE (1) chance to spin a Classic Rewards Wheel and stand a chance to win up to S$8 Goldback®. It is a sure-win program and you will not leave the Wheel empty handed. 
  4. As this Quest is independent from the Progress to Hugosave Plus+ Quest, you may choose which Quest to complete first.

14-Day Invest-As-You-Spend

  1. The 14-Day Invest-As-You-Spend Quest will be made available to you once you have completed the Activate Hugosave Debit Card Quest.
  2. To embark on this Quest, your Hugosave Debit Card Roundups must remain turned on (Roundups are turned on by default). Should you have opted to turn Roundups off, this Quest will pause until you turn Roundups back on. Note that when this happens, your 14-Day Invest-As-You-Spend quest will restart. 
  3. The 14-Day Invest-As-You-Spend quest will automatically start from your first qualifying transaction made on the Card (you do not need to set a start date). To complete the Challenge, you must make at least one qualifying transaction on your Hugosave Debit Card daily consecutively for 14 days (see 4(e)(iv) for definition for a day). A qualifying transaction is one made on the Hugosave Debit Card with Roundups turned on (excluding those specifically mentioned in point 5viii below). If the Roundup amount is zero as the result of an exact dollar transaction, it will still count as a qualifying transaction.
  4. Day starts at 12.00am SGT to 11.59pm SGT on the following day. 
  5. Should you fail to make a transaction daily, within the 14 days, the challenge will restart. 
  6. Once you have successfully completed the 14-Day Invest-As-You-Spend quest, you will not be able to participate in it again but there is no limit on the number of attempts you you can make to succeed
  7. Only qualifying transactions charged to the Hugosave Debit Card for payments (with Roundups turned on) are counted and it excludes all FAST transfers to and from the Hugosave account.
  8. Card transactions in the following categories are not counted. Gold Purchase, Trading Platforms, Prepaid accounts/ prepaid card, Gambling, Wire Transfer Money Orders (WTMOs), Financial Institutions – Merchandise, Services, and Debt Repayment, Banks - Manual Cash disbursement/Automated Cash Disbursement.
  9. On completion, you will be given ONE (1) chance to spin a Mega Rewards Wheel and stand a chance to win up to S$40 Goldback®. It is a sure-win program and you will not leave the Wheel empty handed.

Important note: Public transport transactions charged to your Hugosave Debit Card are not posted by the merchants immediately. These transactions will only be recorded at the point of posting and your 14-Day Invest-As-You-Spend streaks might be affected.

If you have already participated in the Hugosave Sign-Up Bonus Program and have been awarded the S$20 Goldback® or if you have passed the 60-day limit without completing the Program, only the Gold Buy and 14-Day Invest-As-You-Spend quests will be initially available for you. We will be adding more Quests over time.

If you have started the Hugosave Sign-on Bonus Program in the last 60 days and have not completed the requirements, you may opt to switch over to the new Quests Program. 

The Marketing headline of “Up to S$80 Goldback®” is possible when you win the top prize for all quests.

3. Hugosave Referral-Quest and Rewards-Quest Program General Terms and Conditions

On completion of your Quests/Referrals, you will see the Rewards Wheel light up. There is no expiry date on your chance to earn a spin of the Wheel. Tap on the wheel to start the spin. The wheel pointer stops at your winning segment - Goldback® is represented in Singapore dollars. The corresponding value of Gold is then deposited in your Hugosave Gold Vault instantaneously (subject to network conditions, there might be a delay of not more than 5 mins). 

All available prizes will be reflected on the Rewards Wheel. Probabilities for winning the top prize is calculated over the total prize pool, which means you have equal opportunity to win the top prize as anyone else.

  1. There are three wheels that are assigned to different quests. Each wheel contains different prizes on their respective segments:

  2. Prizes listed on segments are Goldback® values in Singapore dollar terms. On winning, an equivalent amount of Gold at prevailing market prices will be deposited into your Gold Vault.

Prizes may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of Hugosave.

Hugosave assumes no responsibility for any loss, claim, damage or expenses arising or incurred in connection with this Program, from any late or non-notification, computation error, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected, howsoever arising, without limitation, which may affect your eligibility to or receipt of the Gifts.

Hugosave may vary these Terms and Conditions of or suspend or terminate the Program at any time without any notice or liability to any party.

Hugosave’s decision on all matters relating to this Program is final and binding. 

Notwithstanding anything herein, Hugosave has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to participate in the Program.

Your consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) (“Act”) to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by/to the organizers, promoters or conductors of the Program and such other third party for the purpose of the Program and you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Hugosave Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Hugosave from time to time. 

Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

If you are not a party to these Terms and Conditions, you may not enforce any of them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) and notwithstanding any terms herein, the consent of any third party is not required for any variation of the terms of the Program (including any release or compromise of any liability) or termination of the Program.
